League Announces Endorsement of WV Electronic Vehicle Titling Service — 1/20/23

The West Virginia League Services Corporation has endorsed PDP Group, Inc.as the exclusive electronic lien and titling (ELT) service provider in West Virginia.

Electronic Titling is presently available on line through the State of West Virginia as of January 16, 2023.

PDP Group’s SimplyELT© service will allow credit unions to manage their automobile titles and other documents electronically within the state of West Virginia. SimplyELT© is presently available in all 19 states. West Virginia has become the latest state to offer electronic titling to streamline the titling process.

SimplyELT© provides clients electronic access to their titles without the involvement of lender or dealer personnel, DMV staff, or an auto buyer. Electronic services also eliminate fraud as it reduces manual processing.

“We are pleased to be able to team up with PDP to offer Simply ELT to credit unions in West Virginia,” stated League President/CEO, Rich Schaffer. “Not only do they have proven track record in multiple states, but we have League member credit unions that have previously used this service for out-of-state titles with great success,” he added.

Since starting business in 1974, PDP has expanded services beyond offering insurance solutions to vehicle dealers and manufacturers, to include insurance tracking, contract management, vehicle title storage and electronic lien and title to the auto lending community.
