America’s Credit Unions (ACUs) released a brand-new version of its Peer Profile Report, a free resource for ACUs members that allows credit unions to compare their recent performance data with that of their closest peers in the industry.

The 10-page report, a benefit of ACUs membership, now features first quarter 2024 NCUA Call Report data.

With the Peer Profile Report, credit unions can gain a clear understanding of how well they have performed compared with up to six credit unions of their choosing, or with other like-sized credit unions.

ACUs, like CUNA before them, customizes the Peer Profile Report for each of its member credit unions, providing financial performance data on savings and loan growth, interest margins, overhead, asset quality, interest rate risk and other key data.

The report also includes state and national data to provide even more context related to a credit union’s recent performance.

In addition to the data, the report includes simple graphics illustrating results and trends in the industry, making this tool effective for board presentations and strategic planning sessions.

Please note: The report template is configured in Microsoft Excel format and will require credit unions to input their CU’s name and charter number before accessing the custom data.
